Terms and Conditions:  Any fees to be occurred in the transfer of the title and all necessary paperwork to be paid for the by the buyer, if you use buy it now, I will incur those fees.  I will also accept offers on the property, and will consider each one. The title is free and clear, and ready to be transferred.  Also for the if the buyer uses the buy it now, I will split half the user fees for next year with the buyer. 

Money is due by the seventh day after receiving the invoice or winning the auction.
