Factory Sealed unit without the retail box. All the cables and power adapters are included.  It it will work the same as a brand new item.

"The Sling Box connects your cable or satellite box, DVD player, or any other home theatre device to the internet and allows you to access your programming from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. I have my Sling Box Pro HD hooked up to my satellite and my HD DVR as well as a DVD player. With it I can view and control these products from my laptop, cell phone, or Sling Catcher. It was easy to set up, about the same as installing an AV switcher or receiver. The first step of installing the device is to plug each of your devices to the Sling Box Pro HD and then connect the Sling Pro HD to your TV. The second step is to connect the Sling Box to the Internet, you need a wired connection, I used a Sling Link to connect to my Ethernet through my power lines. Once that is done, you need to install the sling player program and set up your system. The set up is fairly straightforward and the on screen instructions guide you through easily. The only difficulty was in determining what the make and model of each device I had connected it to is. Once the Sling Player is installed using the device is both easy and familiar. It provides an image of the remote specific to your device, exactly what you are already used to using, to control the device. It also provides an onscreen guide for easy access. I am now enjoying the benefit of watching my satellite television wherever I am without having to pay for multiple boxes or accounts. This also allows me to get much more out of my existing entertainment set up.

This is a great product. I would recommend it to anyone that is reasonably tech savvy and is interested in getting more out of their home theatre set up."
