IMPORTANT NOTICE

Your order was carefully packed before shipment.  Open and check the contents of your shipment.  There can be concealed damage even though the shipping carton appears to be in good condition.  In case damage occurs please keep ALL original packaging.  Please contact The Feather Farm so we can do a damage claim and do what is nessessary to make things right. 

ALL FREIGHT DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE FEATHER FARM WITHIN 15 DAYS OR THE FEATHER FARM WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY!!

NO claims OR adjustments can be make without the submission of a damaged goods report to The Feather Farm.

***We recommend all nest boxes be secured to the wire cage in at least three places.  This can be done with strong wire or hog rings.  (This extra safety measure helps eliminate escape or injury).

***Nesting material, seed, and baby food needs to be stored in a cool dry place.  Examine on receipt and before use.  Any organic material is capable of decomposing when exposed to moisture and or heat.

***If you purchased an incubator or electrically operated device, it should be thoroughly tested upon receipt.  Do not wait until you need it.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

All sales are final.  Absolutely no returns without an authorization number.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  If authorized for a return there is a 25% restocking charge plus shipping and handling.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The Feather Farm Inc. warrants it products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days after the date of purchase by the first user of the products.  Unless expressly set forth herein, and to the extent allowed by applicable law, The Feather Farm, Inc. hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability, and/or fitness for a particular purpose, and/or any other warranties of any type of nature.

The liability of The Feather Farm, Inc. on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with or resulting from the manufacture, sale, or delivery of any goods shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at the option of The Feather Farm, Inc.  Any returned product must be shipped to the Feather Farm, Inc. with freight prepaid.  Products which have been altered, misused, abused, or damaged through rough handling, neglect, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of The Feather Farm, Inc. are not covered by this warranty.  Any disputes arising relative to sale of The Feather Farm, Inc. products, will be served in the legal county of origin - Napa County, Calif.

In no event shall The Feather Farm, Inc. be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, or for damages in the nature of penalties.
