Items I sell come from a smoking and pet friendly home.
If you win the auction, payment is due within 7 days. Please request an invoice or wait for me to send an invoice before paying for multiple items.
If you do not contact me and I do not receive payment after 7 days I will file an Unpaid Item Claim. I will try to work with you but you have to communicate with me.
I will only accept payment through Pay Pal or by Money Order.
If you are sending a money order you still need to checkout through eBay.
International bidders must pay through Pay Pal.
Save on shipping...Check out my other auctions. I am happy to combine shipping charges for multiple items paid for together within a 7 day period. Just let me know you are still watching or bidding on other items. Please wait to pay for multiple items until I have sent you an invoice. Otherwise, you may not get the best shipping discount. You will be sent invoices after each item you win and then a final invoice on the 7th day or when you request one. I do expect to be paid on the 7th day!
Domestic Shipping and handling: shipping prices include delivery confirmation, new packing materials, shipping labels, gas and travel to the post office. The fact is these things are not free for me or anyone else and you can be assured that your items will not arrive in a used pizza box. I have also not lost a single shipment so I must be doing something right. I ship within 3 business days of purchase, but often will ship within 24 hours.
I figure combined shipping by taking the highest shipping amount for items won and then charge only $1.00 for each additional mounted stamp and $.50 for individual unmounted stamps. I ship First Class or Priority.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I am not responsible for loss or damage once the package is shipped. I will ship items the fastest way possible within the constraints of the amount of shipping charged.
International buyers should contact me prior to bidding for a shipping and handling estimate; international shipping may be more costly. I will only ship First Class or Priority. Please check with me about availability of insurance for international shipping.

Like anyone else I make mistakes so please give me the benefit of the doubt. I do my best to describe items as best as I can and to ship the correct items. If you have a problem with something you have purchased from me, contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the item and your money will be refunded minus shipping. I will do my best to resolve the problem because I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. If you leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me you will be ineligible for a refund and will be blocked from purchasing 2nd Nature Arts products.
