A small 3 3/4" tall cylinder--shaped turquoise-aqua-colored antique BABY FOOD bottle.  This is an early hand blown into mold bottle. 

  • Bottle embossed:  "FREE SAMPLE / MELLIN'S FOOD".

  • Condition:  Bottle has areas of cloudy stain, NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.

  • Age:  An early hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. late 1800's.

  • Shipping: Buyer pays $5.01 S/H which includes domestic insurance ~ more if international ~ We ship every Wednesday. So if you pay with PayPal by Tuesday evening, we will ship your item Wednesday. Payments received later than that will have to wait until the following Wednesday to ship, though we can possibly make exceptions. Regardless, your prompt payment will assure a very quick turn-around time.

The large Mellin's food bottles actually say INFANT FOOD on them.  But you don't often see these little hand blown sample bottles.  To put in perspective how old this bottle is, the little baby who ate the contents of this jar has grown up and died of old age; and then some.  A nice looking little blob top baby food bottle, check it out!
