In the event that the purchaser has requested and paid for
shipping insurance, it is understood that no refund will be made
until the seller has received payment from the carrier or
underwriter of the coverage. It is also agreed that denial of an
insurance claim, for any reason whatsoever, including the negligence
of any party, will result in non-payment to the purchaser of the
claim, and there shall be no further recourse. If the claim is paid

Shipments to other than the United States and Canada with a selling
price of less than US$150 are not returnable under any
circumstances. The selling price is defined as the bid or Buy-it-Now
price, exclusive of any shipping, handling, taxes, duties or other

A note on shipping
and handling charges
We strive to package our merchandise to the highest standards so as to
afford the maximum protection reasonably possible against damage in
transit. As required for a given shipment, we use quality custom fitted
corrugated or wooden containers, bubble wrap, loose-fill, sheet or
formed polystyrene or other foam padding, strapping as well as wood,
plastic or cardboard blocking and support. We are located on the
US-Canada border near Niagara Falls and avoid costs and delays for our
US and Canadian customers by shipping virtually all items from the
destination side of the border. Typically we clear customs and transport
goods as they are sold, 3-5 times per week. We drop them off in person
at DHL™, Canada Post™, USPS™ or other carrier location at that time, and
wait times are always significant at US and Canadian post offices. A
modest charge is normally included in our shipping and handling to
partially offset some of these costs. Please be certain that you know
and understand the total cost of your purchase before placing a bid.
