Set of 3 Cedar smudge sticks

 

Smudging is a ritual performed to purify a space or clear a space of negative energy.  Smudge sticks can be used as a part of circle working to create a circle of power and to protect all inside. 

 

These smudge sticks were harvested by hand from trees on our farm which needed to be trimmed for their well-being.  Offerings were made to the trees and harvesting was done during the waxing moon cycle.
