RETURN POLICY

·         All of our items are BRAND NEW and comes in its own box. We do not sell anything used unless otherwise noted in the auction. 

·         If the item shows up damaged, the buyer must report any defect/damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, for exchange authorization.

·         A cancellation fee of 15% of the total sale is applicable for cancellations of successful auctions. This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable from eBay) and also to discourage people from dummy bidding. Negative feedback will be given to non-paying bidders.
