Up for auction is this Snap-on Collectors series 5pc chrome wrench set with 24ct gold inlay in a walnut display case  and obviously never used. The wrenches are sizes 7/16,1/2,9/16,5/8,11/16. They have the words Snap-on ,collectors edition in 24ct gold inlaid on the fronts, the backs are blank. It comes seated in a black velvet lined walnut display case. according to the Snap-on collectors guide these sets are worth some where in the $400.00 range Even just regular wrenches like this from Snap-on would cost around $150-$200 for the 5pc set, let alone the fact these are gold inlaid.These were given as gifts for substantial purchases or offered to elite customers who collected this type of thing, these were not cheap.
