Shipping Your purchase will either ship via Priority Mail from our location or directly from the manufacturer via UPS or Fed EX. All shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will either ship via UPS or Fed Ex . Please email for shipping costs to your location if not in the continental US. Many of our items can be sent to Canadian addresses for no additional ship charges, duties or taxes.  Sunshine Wedding  Co. is not responsible for  any  duties or taxes.

Important Details At the time the auction is started, the item is in stock and ready for shipment. However, popular items may become out of stock without warning. If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full refund or to be placed on back order for that item. 

Returns We only carry the highest quality favors and accessories. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full purchase price refund.  In the unlikely event an item is damaged please contact us within 15 days of receiving the merchandise for a replacement or refund. Personalized items may not be returned.
