Shipping Information

• Most orders ship within 1-3 business days AFTER receiving payment (except Holiday).
• Item shipped via airmail by Hong Kong Postal Office; will arrive in most of the countries within 7 to 14 business days.

Warranty

• Each and every product comes with a one-year warranty. If your product does not work within 30 days of the day you receive it, we will be more than happy to replace it for free or provide you with a 100% refund.
  
• NOTE: The warranty shall be void if there is any damage to the product due to misuse, tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks or falls.

Return Policy

• All items sold are brand new.
• All returns and refunds may be made 30 days after the day your product arrives at its final destination. In this timeframe, if the product does not work we will provide you with a 100% refund or you may return your purchase for a free replacement — we’ll also cover free shipping and handling! And what if you’ve just lost interest in the product? Then we'll still give you a refund, but you'll need to send the product back to us and cover the shipping fees. (We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount.)
  
• NOTE: Within one year, If you need to ship us back the product 30 days after the day you receive it, we will provide you with a free labor and free parts, but you must cover shipping costs. And if your product becomes faulty after one year of purchase, you can send it back and we will repair it, free of charge. However, shipping fees and additional parts may be billed to you.
