The rules are really simple...

1) Members with 0 (zero) feedback must contact us before purchasing or bidding.
2) Ask questions before you bid or buy.

4) If you win, pay for it.
5) Have fun before you die. Its no fun after, as far as I know!

Warranty

1 Year from date of purchase.

Warranty information is contained on or within the packaging of all products we sell, or will be provided upon request. We will gladly exchange any initially defective products within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all claims under the factory warranty are with the original manufacturers or their agents in the US. Items must be returned post paid.

When offered, Free Shipping is for ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states with our choice of carrier. Shipping insurance in NOT included and must be purchased separately.
Slight surcharge may apply for AK, HI, PR, VI, Guam, APO, FPO or areas classified as "remote" by UPS.

For Continental US shipments, we use UPS and U S Postal Service. FedEX is available upon request.
For non-US shipments we primarily use U S Postal Service, but will use UPS Worldwide or FedEX upon request only. Some cheaper services without tracking or insurance are not available to countries that have a high incidence of lost packages like Italy and Spain. Insurance is required!

WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING!

We also shop on eBay and hate high shipping fees on small items and would not think of doing this to others. We charge a fair price over the actual shipping cost to cover our supplies, gas to and from the post office, UPS etc.

We will try to give you a choice of cheap or fast shipping. We have not found any  reliable company that is both fast and cheap! Either way the choice is totally yours.

Payment Terms

Philly Photo Supply sells and ships worldwide as long as the item is paid for in full, using an acceptable method of payment, regardless of nationality, class, race, creed, color, or sexual orientation. We are only limited by the import laws or postal regulations of the destination country. The rules below only apply to payments and are not a restriction on the ability to bid and buy. If you are a legitimate buyer, we WANT your business!

All items must be paid for in five days from end of auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept and prefer PayPal - the online payment system but we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Philly photo Supply reserves the right to refuse certain types of payment if we feel it is in our best interests to do so. A buyer is still required to complete a transaction with some other mutually acceptable means of payment should we refuse to accept an invalid payment type.

We cannot emphasize enough that these types of problems can all be avoided by asking questions before bidding.

We will refuse or refund any PayPal payments that are not protected by the PayPal Seller Protection program.

Credit Card Payments

At this time, credit card payments can only be made by telephone.

We will only ship to the same address that the credit card is billed to. We will not ship credit card orders to third parties or relatives in another country.

Important Notice for Non US Buyers

Most foreign countries impose a duty, customs charge or value added tax on items shipped from the US. Please check with YOUR postal or customs authorities to determine the amount and reporting requirements. We have a difficult time understanding our own tax system and we have absolutely no desire to figure out the customs of the 50 or so other countries we ship to. We accept no responsibility financially or legally for any customs duty or VAT charged to items upon arrival!

Many items shipped by Philly Photo Supply are packed in irregular sized containers. These items are not oversized by U S Postal Service standards, but are considered oversized by some foreign postal carriers and can incur additional handling charges upon final delivery. The size of these items sometimes prevents us from combining items into one order.
