Soda Ash, also known as washing soda, packed and shipped to you for your household and chemistry uses. Soda ash is used as a water conditioner, laundry sour, washing soda or laundry booster. Add some Borax, and some shaved bar soap to make laundry and all purpose cleaner too! Soda Ash is also used for neutralizing acids in general industrial applications as well as home and business water systems. (be careful and wear proper eye and skin protection /personal protective equipment). Great for cleaning outdoor furniture too. Just 1/2 cup washing soda in 1 gallon hot water - cleans outdoor cushions, plastic funriture , and in stronger mix will clean grills and ovens too!
Soda ash is also used in the manufacture of glass, detergents, adjusting pH of liquids and sometimes as a "filler" for various products.

A great product to have around the home, treat it with respect and care and always keep it properly labeled and Keep  from children.
