This is a Solar Powered Roof vent with a round base. We also carry a square base model. It can be easily mounted on the roof of any thing from a sail boat to a dog house. It can also be mounted to wall or vent, making it a versatile money saving devise. 

The box has simple instructions to show you how to cut a circular hole in your structure. The solar vent comes with a mounting base plate for the outside and a vent grill plate for the inside.  It also comes with mounting screw spacers for instalations on glass surfaces.
