If you are unsatisfied and desire to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

Returns Must Be Coordinated - Contact AmDentalStore via email for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender COD.
Returns Must Be Re-packaged in Original Shipping Materials - The items must be returned in the original packing material and received in "like new" condition. Using other packing may result in a 15% reduction in the refund.
Instruments Must Be Received in New Condition - Instruments showing marks, such as scratches and dents, etc., due to usage will not be acceptable for refund or have at least 20% deducted from the refund.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please report these damages to the shipping company responsible and request a damage claim number and forward it to us. Please also take pictures of the damages and email them to us. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package(s). Upon receipt of the claim #, we will ship your replacement items.
If you receive a wrong item, please take a picture of the item and email it to us. Upon confirmation, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for the return. Once this item is return-shipped we will immediately ship you the correct item.Please note, any claim after 10 days of receipt will be handled as a warranty issue.
