This solid brass cased clock shows the phases of the tide. The blue "Tide Hand" shows high, low, and half tides. It cleverly runs on a 25 hour day, the moon's day cycle. The moon governs the earth's tides with its gravity pull.

This is a working instrument for the East Coast. West Coast tide patterns require weekly settings. It's easy to adjust to your location and instructions are included. Runs on a quartz movement.

The tide clock is wall-mounted or it can be used with a wood base which is sold separately.
