1999 Soloflex Handweight/Dumbbells Workout Guide





Soloflex Adjustable Weightlifting System Workout Guide, 1999.  This is the second one like this I'm listing.  For the Soloflex Dumbbells/Hand Weights set.  In excellent condition, just has letter written on cover as shown.   Simple guide to working out with daily routines, setting up and using the weights, care, etc.  From non-smoking home.  This is perfect if you bought the weights used but didn't get this original guide, also nice to collect as well.
