GRADING:

We grade based on Goldmine's guidelines except more critical. **I will not grade an open record above VG+.**  We do only a visual inspection of the vinyl record.  

  • M - Mint.  Unopened, still factory sealed.
  • VG+  - Record may show no wear to some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or light scratches that don't affect the sound.  The cover will a have little signs of wear.  Most of the vinyl that I list will fall into this grading.
  • VG - Record will have a few more surface scratches and scuffs.  Surface noise will be noticeable, but will not overpower the music. The cover will have slight to apparent ringwear, corner ceases, seam splits.  Most of the Picture Sleeve covers I list will fall into this grading.
  • G -  I will not list these unless it is rare or valuable.  If it looks Good or Poor we will play these to hear if they play without much background noise.  We do have G records that do play VG...I will let you know in the listing.

    • Cds/Dvds within two business days.  Vinyl records within three business days.
    • You will receive an email when shipped unless you have a SPAM blocker.
  • Cost:
    • Please use the shipping calculator for the most accurate shipping cost.
    • Combined shipping: please email so I can calculate weight and provide a shipping quote.
  • Methods:
    • USA:  USPS 1st Class, Priority, Express, and Media Mail.  Insurance is optional. Delivery Confirmation is free.
    • Overseas:  USPS 1st Class, Priority and Express Mail.  Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. 
      • All overseas orders of $50.00 or more will be shipped Registered Mail Only (a $5.00 fee).  This provides insurance and tracking for both me and the buyer. 
    • Overseas Customs:
      • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
      • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
      • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
      • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
