These seeds are fresh from my garden and are what is left after giving them to my friends to "Poppylate" the world!

My seeds are home grown. Don't be fooled by sellers that are buying them at the grocery store and labeling them as home grown  poppies just to make a sale. There are only about 3 sellers on ebay who grow their own seeds, and I am one of them. I have been selling on ebay for  11 years now.

This auction is for a mixed bag of 1000* seeds. They come from my "secret garden". The one in the back yard that has my fancy and rare varieties.  I also have most of these seeds available for single purchase by looking at my other auctions.

It is next to impossible to count poppy seeds. I do not count seeds.. It always amazes me when people sell 12 seeds, or 25 seeds or even 100.. I measure and you will receive the measurement I have specified above

The generally accepted measurements are as follows:

1/8th teaspoon - 1000 - 1200 seeds

1/4th teaspoon - 2000 - 2500 seeds

1/2 teaspoon - 5000 or more seeds

The above seed count is an average for ALL poppy seeds. I am selling them by the measuring spoon method only and do not guarantee the exact number of seeds!!

Your plants will produce so many seeds that they can be easily used for baking, hence the nickname "breadseed poppies".

Naturally resistant to Predators. Deer proof.

Germination testing on this years seeds were a complete sucess. I have almost 100% germination
