- Returns or Refunds – You must contact us within 7 day of receiving the item!

- Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees!

- UPS has scheduled pick-up's daily Monday-Friday at out location - holidays and weekends excluded. Sometimes there are exceptions and delays but we try hard to get your item shipped as soon as possible, average is 2 business days after payment. If you make payment on Friday it will not ship out until Monday. We will send you tracking when package is sent.

- We will combine shipping please wait for all auctions to end and for us to invoice you.

- Bidders not in the 48 contiguous states please contact us before bidding for shipping quote.

- Any International customs charges that may be added by the shipping company are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

All of our auctions include notes on the condition of the item (it may require cables or plugs or even more components to function). If it is not in the picture it is Not included. We do stand behind what we sell. We never intentionally sell defective products unless it is stated as such in the auction (DOA, for repair or parts). If you have a problem with a product, please contact us right away (within 7 days). If an item is listed as "AS-IS" then it is simply that, "AS-IS" and can’t be returned. There will be no refunds of any kind on AS-IS items. If auction says “parts or repair” the item is NOT Functioning properly,  item is described as best as we can, and has No Returns No Refunds. We acquire our equipment from reliable sources. Many of our items are tested in-house. Some items are not tested, either because we trusted the source of the equipment based on their history with us, or because we are unable to test the equipment (this would be because we do not have proper equipment to test or lack of knowledge in the product itself). 

 

Although we welcome your questions and inquiries, bidders are expected to do their own research in regard to the compatibility and/or software/driver requirements for any item they are considering purchasing.
