Buyer responsible for all shipping fees. Actual weight and dimensions used, no handling charges. We generally ship next day, and guarantee to ship within 2 days. Return Policy- Seven days from receipt. We deal in closeout or returned merchandise. We are not perfect and may make a mistake in the description of the product. We are honest people and will work to correct any mistakes. If a part is missing or damaged beyond proper use, we will replace the part. The only exception is if your item is missing a few pieces of generic hardware that could be picked up at the local hardware store (ie: missing a couple screws or washers.)
