A: The unit is a standard SLIM LINE with standard laptop ide interface and will fit in virtually all laptops, notebooks, etc. including DELL, ACER, APPLE, IBM, SONY, TEAC, TOSHIBA, GATEWAY, etc.
Please check the picture below as reference.You have to confirm three things to find out if a slim drive is compatible with your laptop or not;
- dimension
- connector
- laptop's hardware
- The new drive's dimension has to be same as old drive to fit into the drive slop.
- The new drive's connector has to be same and only on the same position to connect to the laptop properly.
- The minimum requirement for the slim DVD burner as follow;
- Pentium III 500MHz or faster
- 128MB RAM or higher (256MB recommended)

Return for replacement and refund :
- If merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only, Please email us at Fookstore@hotmail.com to get an RMA form and RMA #. We will refuse any merchandise returned without a RMA form and RMA #. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges occured to send the item back to us and we will pay the shipping cost to replace the items.
- All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be within 15 days.
- Also it must be in the original condition with all original accessories. After 15 days, no refunds.
- For replacement, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
- Units returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.(Original shipping fee is non-refundable)
