All NEW items are factory sealed, factory fresh merchandise.

USED games have a 90 day warranty against defects and are offered in various configurations. USED systems and accessories have a 30 day warranty again defects. It is the customer's/buyer's responsibility to return defective items for replacement. See above description for specific details.
