International Shipping:  We do not ship out of the Mainland 48 states.  Inquiries asking us to do so, will be unanswered. HI, PR, AK must email for quote and confirmation that we can ship your order to you, BEFORE you purchase.

Shipping: Item will ship UPS no later than 1 business day after full correct payment.  Shipping to Eastern side of US is 1-3 business days.  Shipping to Western half of US is 3-5 business days.  Tracking will be emailed by the carrier to the email address you use to log into Paypal with, no later than 2 business days after payment.

Payment:  We will accept any Paypal payment with any PHYSICAL address you put into the "shipping" field on the payment.  We are unable to accept PO, APO, FPO addresses.  We are unable to change your shipping address after payment is made.  The payment you put in your paypal payment does NOT have to be "confirmed" or "verified".

                     We also accept visa, mc, discover via phone payment as long as your billing and shipping address are the same.

Returns:  If your product arrives damaged, you refuse and get another one.  After your product arrives and you sign for it, there are no damage claims offered.  If your product arrives and has a defect, it will have warranty from day one.  If you do not wish to participate with warranty, you may ship back to us (within 3 days of receipt) at your expense for another product (This is only valid for the first 3 days).  Once the product is received back (and verified to be undamaged, double boxed, and defective) another will be shipped to you at our expense.  There are no cancellations or refunds of orders once placed.
