Returns

Return authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact CP&S Ebay Sales for an RMA. Any tampering, removing warranty stickers or any attempt to gain access to internal parts will null and void applicable warranty. Credit for returned items will be issued after receipt of defective product. Please allow up to 3 weeks from return shipment for credit to be issued. All sales are final and subject to eBay policies. Refunds are only provided if a product is defective within the warranty period and a replacement is not available. CP & S is not responsible for software or driver related issues. Any item that is returned for this issue, the buyer will be responsible for a $69.00 service fee. When a refund is provided when no defect is involved a 20% restock fee will be charged.
