To clean

Bottles and nipples:

Wash or sterilize before initial use. Dishwasher-safe(top rack only) or wash in warm water, using a bottle and nipple brush and mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly with clear water. May be sterilized by immersing in boiling water for 2 to 5 minutes (this may cause harmless color change).
