This is a smaller pair of Southwestern sterling earrings made by our friends who are enumerated at Window Rock. The sterling conchas are about one inch long and three-quarters inches wide, stamped with floral patterns at the centers of which are lovely small cabochons of red coral tightly clasped in hand cut bezels. The earrings are a flexible screw-on style that can be set to fit the wearer's ear thickness, then popped open to go on and off. They have no marks, as was typical with indigenous work prior to the 1960s. Weight is about twenty-four one-hundredths of a troy ounce.
