This fabric has the same exact properties as WindTex and AirBlock - two fabrics that cost double and triple!  What is the WindBreaker fabric?  It's a windproof three-layer fleece.  With normal fabrics, wind cuts through the material making you feel cold.  WindBreaker fabric stops the wind and the chill that comes with it.  Seriously!  It's 100% windproof.  The best part is that it's breathable and light.  This is not a bulky shoe cover at all.  We combined the WindBreaker fabric with Neoprene on the bottom and in the back for stretch and water-shedding. Temperature range: 20-50 degrees.
