The Fire-wall M Series appliance has a clear polycarbonate lens with a Xenon flashtube withpatented light optics. All circuitry is within an architecturally designed enclosure with 1/2” high vertical“FIRE” lettering on two sides. Each unit is clearly labeled with UL rated candela 15cd easily viewed from the floor on wall installations. All field connections terminate to high barrierraised clamp terminals rated for 12 gauge wire.  Each strobe is polarized for supervised alarm circuits.With one of the best intelligible speakers on the market (UL1480), it features field selectable 25 or70vrms operation with jumper selectable 1/4, 1/2, 1, or 2 watt tap settings that deliver high fidelity soundthat is UL listed for life safety evacuation. The speaker field connections have a high barrier raisedclamp terminal that is mechanically fastened to eliminate any field terminal breaks.
