This is a "like new" professional cookbook.  This would make a great gift for that baker looking for additional reference material.  There are many pictures of the products as well as very detailed instructions.  Included are nice background info on a number of French Master Bakers.  I was fortunate to have taken a class from one of them, Bernard Ganachaud.  This is a real quality cookbook.
