There are numerous NEW MODELS of IM-6 Pure Graphite Rods that are Made Exclusively for Angler's Roost Enterprises. This rod is the Third of the 4 Spey Rods that will be specially built for SteelHead/Salmon Fishing.The Rod is a 4 Piece,12 1/2  footer and the Butt is Non-Detachable. It Comes with a rod bag. Each rod section is self ferruled, All ferrules are re-inforced. The rod is Dark Mahogony Brown with Dark Maroon Wraps. The Guide4s are all wrapped with # 00 Silk Thread. The wrapping job is excellent.The finish on the Blank itself is Gloss Finish. The rod blank is made of IM-6 Pure Graphite and is designed to fish with a  9/10 weight line. I have cast a  9 wt. line on it and it performed well.The rod itself weighs a shade over 8 ounces.The rod comes with Double Stripper Guides and 9 Gun Metal Gray Stainless Steel Single Foot Fly Rod  Guides.It also has a S.S. Tip Top and a Line Keeper. The cork Handle is made from Portugese Cork, Having High Density,and is of the Full-Wells Design. The Reel Seat is Anodized Titanium Finish Aluminum with a  Graphite Insert.It is of Up-Lock Design. It Has Double lock Rings. Nothing more to be said. The rod is of very high quality construction and is offered at a fraction of it's value.This rod is Newly designed for 2009. It is a part of 18 new rods I will have for this next season.

    Besides it's use as a Spey Rod for Salmon/Steelhead Fishing, It lends itself well for Salt Water. It is About as rustproof/Corrosion proof as you can get.
