Our grading practices are based on the Official Overstreet Comic Book Grading Standards. Though we are proficient comic book graders, we are not professional CGC graders and we do not grade any of our comics above NM (9.4) condition, we do not guarantee any of our comics to reach a grades above NM (9.4). If you are looking to CGC our comics please keep that in mind.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase or winning bid. This includes payments made by Money Order/Cashier Check, or PayPal e-Check. 

We require all buyers to have a valid and active PayPal account ( we will make exceptions on case by case basis, please email us if you dont have a PayPal account, but would like to purchase from us), and we prefer PayPal as our payment of choice, but also accept Money Orders and/or Cashier Checks made out in US Funds.

A PayPal account can be opened without a Credit Card, PayPal account can be opened with valid checking/savings bank account, for more information please contact PayPal customer service.

• We DO NOT accept Personal or Business checks.
• Buyers without an active PayPal account may not participate in our Listings/Auctions.
• Our international customers must use PayPal.
• Any other payment except for the once mentioned above will be rejected at buyers expense.   

PayPal e-Check

• Domestic PayPal e-Checks take on average 4 to 5 business days to clear, barring any holidays and/or weekends.
• International PayPal E-Checks can take as long as 6-10 business days to clear, barring any holidays and/or weekends.
• The shipment of your order will be delayed until the e-Check clears your bank.
• If you are going to use E-Check as you payment method please initiate the payment within 24 hours of purchase.
• If your e-Check fails to clear on its first attempt, your order may be cancelled.

Confirmed Address Required For US, UK, and Canadian PayPal Customers

Multiple Item Purchases (Combined Shipping)

We are happy to combine multiple purchases into one physical shipment to save you money. In order for us to do so, we ask you to wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice before paying. eBay does NOT accurately calculate combined shipping, so please wait for an invoice sent from us before paying, once you are done shopping. eBay limits combined invoices to 40 items, if you purchase more then 40 items, you will receive multiple invoices, and will need to make a payment for each invoice.

IL State Tax

All Illinois residents will be charged state and local sales tax of (7.5%) during the checkout process.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly offer a return policy if you received a wrong item or if the item received is not as described in our listing? 

• To initiate a return please contact us through eBay email within 3 days of order delivery
• In cases where the listing is not as described, the buyer will need to provide a digital photo(s) to illustrate their case
• We require that you return the ITEM(s) in the same condition as you received them, please ship them securely with a service that offers tracking. 
• The only exception to our return policy are CGC comics and new/unread comics which are not returnable and/or refundable.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Our Shipping Schedule

All of our orders ship within 5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding Federal US Holidays) once a cleared payment has been received.

Our normal shipping schedule (excluding US Federal Holidays and Weekends) is listed below, this schedule can be affected by weather, holidays, and unforeseen real life circumstances:

• Orders picked and packaged on Thursday evening
• Packages dropped off at the Post Office on Friday morning
• Orders picked and packaged on Monday evening
• Packages dropped off Post Office on Tuesday morning

PAYING BY PayPal e-CHECK WILL DELAY THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR UNTIL THE e-CHECK CLEARS YOUR ACCOUNT, THIS MAY TAKE AS LONG AS ONE TO TWO WEEKS.

Shipping Services and Cost

• We only ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
• If paying via PayPal, we will only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account.
• The only shipping services offered are the ones listed in this listing. If a service is not listed, it is not available.
• All of our shipping costs are clearly stated in all of our listings and are non-negotiable. 
• Combined shipping is charged based on the weight and shipping service you select. We will gladly offer an estimate on combined shipping if asked before purchasing.

Media Mail

Media Mail can be VERY SLOW! There is now way around it. We offer it because it saves you money, but please don't choose it if time is of the essence to you. USPS advertises Media Mail delivery to take 2 to 9 business days, in our experience of shipping thousands of orders we find that estimate is often not true. Media Mail can take as long as 2 to 3 weeks. So please keep this in mind when selecting Media Mail as your shipping option. We recommend you consider using Priority Mail instead of Media Mail. Priority Mail  takes 2 to 3 Business Days to deliver, and the additional cost is minimal. Please keep in mind Priority Mail is not guaranteed service and may take longer then 2 to 3 days on occasion.

Before judging our "Shipping time"star please check the Post Mark Date on the package, unfortunately we have no control over USPS once the package leaves our hands. Thank you for your consideration.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine orders for our US and International customers to save you money on shipping. Cost will be based on weight and the type of shipping you select. You may combine orders over the course of three (3) days. Payment due clock starts with the first order. So payment is due within seven (7) days of the first order purchased.

We Know How to Package Comics!

If you check our feedback you will notice a trend of feedback that described our outstanding packaging techniques.  We use 200# corrugated cardboard pads to sandwich the comics.  Some have described our packaging as indestructible! All of our orders are shipped with an itemized invoice(s). 

International Shipping Time

International Shipping time can vary drastically due to delays with customs processing. United States Postal Service (USPS) Average International Transport times take 4 to 9 business days (This does not include weekends and Holidays). But often, local customs can delay orders for an additional two to four weeks, this is specially true with shipping to Canada and Italy. Please keep this in mind when evaluating our performance. We have no control over delivery times or your countries customs once the items leaves our hands. Thank you for your consideration.

International Customs Fees

• Any customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, the fees can be considerable, depending on the country and the value of the order, we highly encourage you to do your research your customs costs before committing to a purchase. 
• We fully comply with US federal export regulations andcannot declare less than the true final value of your order.
• We will not mark your order as "Gift" to allow you to bypass your countries Importation Fees. 
• We will not misrepresent the nature of the transaction and/or items sent in any way.
• Asking us to mark your order as "Gift" or asking us to break any other exportation laws will result in your order being cancelled.

Insurance

We normally use third party insurance companies such as Endicia or U-PIC. If you elect to purchase insurance we will utilize one of our third party insurers, in our experience our customers have received a much better level of service from our 3rd party Insurance providers. Please keep in mind that 3rd party insurance does not show up on a shipping label.

Filing an Insurance claim:

• For domestic orders, 21 days must elapse before an insurance claim can be submitted
• For international orders, 45 days must elapse before a claim can be submitted
• A signature on a claim form will be required from the buyer to submit an Insurance Claim, your refund will be pended until we receive a signed claims form from the buyer. We will provide the form electronically, but our insurer requires an original signed copy send to us via "Snail" mail in order to file an Insurance Claim.
• If the item is damaged the buyer will need to surrender the item to our insurer.
• We will handle all the necessary paperwork for all Insurance Claims to minimize the inconvenience to our customers.

You buy as much as you can fit into a flat-rate envelope or boxes, and we will ship at the prices listed below. Please do not pay until we invoice you! Do not go by the eBay calculated Priority Mail Pricing. You will be charged the flat rate listed below. If the calculated rate is lower then the flat rate, you will be charged the lower rate.

Standard comics are defined as a bagged comic with 32 pages, and is without a backing board. TPBs and Giant Size (comics with greater then 32 pages) comics will reduce the amount of comics that can be fit into a flat rate Box and/or Envelope. We will determine if your order can safely fit into a Flat Rate Box or Envelope, if it cannot, the buyer will be responsible to pay the calculated shipping cost as listed in the listing.

EMAIL POLICY

Due to large amount of fraud emails we receive, we request that ALL eBay related correspondences are sent through the eBay email system. If you email us directly, there is a high probability our SPAM filter will delete your email.

We believe in keeping our customers well informed throughout their buying experience with us, the following email's will be sent out with each transaction:

• Purchase Confirmation, send after each item is purchased (automated by eBay)
• Payment received confirmation. If paying by PayPal E-Check please notice that you will receive another email from PayPal once your check has cleared. Also please keep in mind that your order will NOT ship until your E-Check has cleared your bank account.
• Item has Shipped- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been shipped.
• Payment Reminder - If you fail to make payment within 6 days, an automated payment reminder will be sent out. If payment is not received by the 8th day, a Non Payer Bidder will be opened to allow us to reclaim our eBay fees.
