I also take pics, list, pull operson operation, I grow, buy, wash, dye and process wool & exotics from rders, package & ship, also answer all questions. Most days are a 16 hour work day and I still offer fast friendly shipping and service. Detailed sellers ratings have recently become much more important to sellers who view Ebay as their main bussiness. When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in shipping time means quickly, ebay however considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain all of their ratings, which are reviewed every thirty days as a 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees and poorer placement. I strive for 5- star service by stating upfront my polices on my ME page and shipping rate on every listing. i combine shipping for all multiple purchases if you wait for a revised invoice. Please understand that ebay wants you to leave lower than 5 stars so that they can collect higher fees from sellers while holding the carrot of discounts in front of us for a very difficult to achieve and maintain rating. Since you already know the shipping amount and recieve an email as soon as i ship your order i see no reason for anything less than 5 stars,if you do not like my shipping charges please do not purchase. If there is a problem with your order PLEASE contact me and I will do everything i can to make you happy. Built into my shipping charges is a small handeling charge that includes first class envolopes, bubble wrap, tape, plastic bags, twist ties, paper, ink and alot of times the free instructions i print off and the free samples i send.
