Fire Agate is very fascinating because when you look at it from different angles in the light, you can see all the beautiful little "bubbles" of iridescent "fire" inside. In Melody's book, it is said to be layers of Limonite inside. This iridescent "fire" kind of has similar qualities to Opal in that respect. It reminds me of what molten lava would look like if it were bubbling up from underneath something cooler, like maybe molasses or Amber. Sounds silly, but that's what I see. Oh, and there is also a little green in there, too!!!

This precious mystical pendant is a one-of-a-kind - - an artistic ORIGINAL EXCLUSIVE DESIGN! I made it myself. I selected this beautiful Fire Agate cabochon, then thought out an initial design in my head. Next, I took straight Sterling Silver wire, my hands and my small jewelry pliers, and manipulated and fashioned all the bends and bindings you see in the photos myself. Well, the stone sort of "told" me how it wanted to be wrapped while I was in the process of making this pendant - as you know is the usual thing that happens. Anyway, I shaped the Silver all around to frame the stone, creating a sturdy frame design, which securely "cradles" the stone so that most of the stone can be seen. The stone is snugly held in place in the front and the back with the back open. The photos show the actual pendant you will own if you are the winning bidder. Also, every one of my creations that is offered for auction has never been worn before. When you purchase it, you will be the first person to ever wear it.

Pendant's Approximate Measurements:
It is just over 1-1/16” tall, 9/16" wide, and 5/16” thick at the swirls part of the pendant. The actual stone's measurements are approximately: 12mm x 10mm x 3.15mm thick. The bail has a large enough opening that will accommodate a round chain necklace that is as thick as 3mm. And, since the bail is attached so that the pendant swings freely with the wearer, it will not be stiff and get stuck in an awkward position while worn. It will tend to capture the attention of on-lookers, too. ~*~ grin ~*~ (I never solder or use any glue on my creations.) - - - - - Okay, so really this pendant is kind-of small to capture anyone's attention unless they are right up on you. But if you were to wear it on a choker up by your neck so that it doesn't lie against your skin, it would dangle and move sort-of like one of those figurines that bobs it's head on the dash of some cars I've seen. So cute!

(Sorry, the choker I used for photos is not included in the auction. Since many of my customers who purchase pendants also wish to purchase a chain necklace, I have a few chains left that I reserve for customers who need one to go with the pendants that they purchase. And (if you are one who feels the energies), this piece starts off feeling warm while resting in the palm of my hand. Then after only about 10 seconds, it starts getting tingly, and then I got a tingle trail up my spine! WOW!! You will absolutely love this healing amulet!

I have no medical evidence to substantiate the correlation between wearing this stone and the effects it will have on the wearer. The mystical healing properties offered above were partially paraphrased from one of a series of books by Melody. Melody suggests that the metaphysical properties listed for each stone will have these effects on the wearer WHILE he/she concentrates on the desired outcome. The author further states that this is NOT a substitute for consulting your physician; and I agree. When I wear any of my stones or crystals, I feel empowered by them. Maybe it is just because I WEAR them with specific intentions -- it works because I told my mind it would, OR does it work because of the molecular interaction between my body and the stones/crystals? I do not know. All I know is it seems to work FOR ME.
