Shipping & Payment Terms:

All items will ship via UPS ground or USPS.  Sorry, we cannot ship USPS to Canada!  All shipping fees are flat rates to any of the lower 48 states, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping insurance is always included by default on UPS shipments up to $100.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and brokerage fees. 

All tracking numbers will be emailed when available (usually next day).  There is no shipping on weekends or national holidays.  Sorry, no international bidders as we cannot ship beyond North America.

PayPal payments are preferred for immediate turnaround of your purchase.  Items usually ship same day of receipt of PayPal payment.

We also accept money orders and cashier’s and personal checks in US currency. Personal checks will delay your shipment 7 to 10 days.  Payment is required within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Terms:

All items genuine Royal Worcester or Spode products and adhere strictly to the condition values below, condition is always stated in the description.   All items are inspected prior to shipping.   All items will be packed well.  All sales are final.

Item Condition values:

New – Item is brand new and in its original factory packaging (most items are sold loose and are packed prior to shipping)

Imperfect – Item is a retail store return or discontinued or slow moving stock and may have slight imperfections in the pattern or glazing, no items are used or consumer returns. No items that are chipped, cracked or scratched that could cause an injury will ever be sold.  Any defects will be clearly listed in the description and pictures. These items are usually listed at 90% off their MSRP.
