Through new chemistry we introduce SoyThane 1.5. SoyThane is a Bio Modifed Spray Urethane Foam with special resins that produce a 1.5 LB closed cell spray foam that is fully hydrophobic.
The shocker is the applied foams cost is between .70 cents - .75 cents a board foot (1 foot square by 1 thick) which can be applied to any thickness.
What this means simply is a General Contractor or DIY can apply 2 inches for around $1.40 per sq foot. This is not a Frothing Foam, it is exactly like spraying from a machine that would cost $20,000.00 up without any technical equipment knowledge.
It's winter?????????? So what!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can still spray inside between the trusses on the plywood.
Let me explain how the system works. The FastKick Spray Gun/Proportioner is an Air Motor with two postive displacement rods connected to it. You pull the trigger, the air motor goes forward pushing the two cartridges (A and B) at the exact same time and pressure. If one rod stops, they both have to stop (meaning no messy off ratio foam). The material then goes through a disposable Static mixer and is air atomised at the tip (you need an Air Compressor). No material actualy goes through the gun which means you push a button, the rods retract and you throw away the cartridge and mixer, NO CLEANING OF THE GUN.
You have no big equipment or bulky canisters to bring in the house, just the FastKick Gun, Air Hose and Cartridges. Getting to the attic was never so easy.
Good eye and arm co ordination is all that is needed to spray foam like a PRO.
NOW, you are bidding on a FastKick Gun and 10 cases of Soythane, enough to do over 2,000 Board feet.
We are mainly looking for buyers that will continue to buy cartridges from us, we have many formulations of Polyureas for BedLiners and waterproofing or doing Garage floors and many other foams.
