• A signature is required for all FedEx Shipments.

Therefore by your selection of a listed third party shipping entity, you agree that after your package enters your selected third party shipping company's system, the third party shipping company is the only party responsible for the delivery of your package and that we have no control over the delivery process.

If your package is deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company you selected, please contact us. Will we re-charge you for the item (if available) and re-ship the item per the third party shipping company you select. If you do receive the original package that was deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company, you may keep it since it was paid for in full or you may elect to return the original item to us for a credit less the shipping charges.

What is your return policy?

A request for return can only be made within the first 30 days of purchase. Before items can be returned for credit, an RMA number must be obtained. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused by 4 All Deals and will be returned to you at your expense. The product must be received within 14 days of the RMA number being issued. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Products returned for credit must be in the original, unopened packaging. Once the product is received and found to be in new condition, a credit will be given in the same form as the original payment. If the product is found to be unopened, but the packaging is damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount credited. Although you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. Any opened product will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

If product is defective, please contact manufacturer for warranty replacement.

Any mis-shipped products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Mis-shipped products being returned for exchange must be returned to 4 All Deals before a replacement will be sent.
