7 days after the buyer receives it | Merchandise requiring to be sent back for exchange, credit, refund or replacement must be sent back in mint condition, preferably with its shrink wrapping intact and in good re-sellable condition: that is, in the original manufacturer's packaging, must be intact and all inner sealed bags unopened. No merchandise is to be sent back without written confirmation first (email or thru eBay Message). Please indicate in your initial email if you wish for an Exchange, Refund, Credit or Replacement. In addition, please indicate the reason you are returning the goods:
* Product was defective/damaged when it arrived, but package was not damaged in
transit.
* I ordered the wrong item ( you will be charged a 10% restock fee based on the
value of the item, and the shipping will not be refunded).
* Ro-Gar Hobbies sent me the wrong item (please indicate if you want a
replacement or complete refund)
We do not except returns for items damaged by the United States Post Office, you will need to place a claim with the United States Post Office, if you need assistance with your claim, we will assist anyway possible. Failure to follow these instructions will void the return policy. We do not accept COD packages.
For foreign packages as well as packages to Canada and Mexico, we will not except claims for lost packages unless you paid for your package to be fully insured or sent Priority Mail.
If it has been agreed upon by both the seller and buyer an item is to be exchanged but the exchange item is not in stock or no longer available, a refund will be sent back to the buyer, minus the shipping cost unless otherwise agreed upon before hand.
