Auction is for a brand new Custom built St. Croix SCIV 2 piece fly rod 4 to 9 weight with a St. Croix rod tube(your choice either travel tube or rod and reel tube). All of our rods come with custom turned handles to give you that truly "Custom" look you are looking for. I do not use the "pre-shaped" handles most rod builders prefer, since the resulting rod looks too similar to the factory equivalent rod. The whole idea of a custom rod is to be different. Many rod builders today will do custom handle work for a large price tag. I believe the premium is usually worth it as most do excellent work. Our idea is to provide the handle work for your custom look without the price premium. Custom turned handles are our specialty and they set us apart. You will notice that we allow best offers on all our custom rods. Please keep these things in mind: Please do not offer $200 for a $400 rod. That is a waste of time for everyone involved. If we are booked solid we will not accept any offers below list price. If we have openings we would be happy to consider any reasonable offers to save you a little money. Please use the best offer responsibly. Thank you. The blank comes in a beautiful Matte Spruce Green finish complete with St. Croix rod sticker and lifetime warranty through the manufacturer. The rod is completed with a matching REC anodized aluminum winding check and a hook keeper if you want one. Custom Handle: The possible variations for your custom handle are endless. The only restrictions we have are that we only work with cork(no wood or EVA). We can use standard flor grade cork rings, rubberized rings, spotted cork, burl cork rings in natural, brown, red, green, and blue, burnt cork, burnt cork mixed with natural cork, all in 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch thicknesses. Want a standard full wells with burnt cork accents? Great! Want a 7 inch half wells all in natural burl? That works too! Maybe there is a new cork product that we haven't heard about that you would like to try. We can use that too. The decision is entirely up to you. Guarantee/Warranty: This blank has a limited lifetime warranty against breakage provided by the manufacturer, St. Croix. Warranty info and instructions will be included with your rod. St. Croix charges $20 for warranty returns. You can call us at the number listed below if you have any warranty questions or if you need help with manufacturers warranty issues. H & H Custom also offers a lifetime warranty on all workmanship for your rod. If you should encounter a problem just contact us so we can resolve it for you. Shipping: Shipping will be free for this item to anywhere in the U.S. Domestic shipping on all orders over $250 is free. We will ship this product overseas but you need to get a shipping quote before you pay. It will be more expensive to ship internationally. Payments: Payments will be made through Paypal within 3 days of auction closing. If you do not have a Paypal account we can also take credit card orders over the phone. If payment will be delayed in any way simply contact us through Ebay and let us know within the 3 day window. Please do not bid if you are unsure or if you have additional questions.
