Unit C6B in the beautiful Pelican resort in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. It is in the Croton building. If you're not already familiar, please visit http://www.pelicanresort.com.

Week 17 falls during local carnival at the end of April. It is called a studio - which carries the lowest maintenance fee possible and trades up to a one bedroom for any resort worldwide that doesn't include studios. It is a RED week, meaning it trades great all year!


It comes with a PAID WEEK for exchange through Interval International that expires in May of 2010, and the maintence fee is PAID FOR 2009 and are NOT DUE until 2010.. YOU CAN USE THE EXISTING WEEK AND GET A WEEK IN A BEAUTIFUL CONDO FOR ABOUT $1OO EXHANGE FEE,  OR YOU CAN COMBINE THEM AND MAKE IT A TWO WEEK VACATION!

The suite has full kitchen, bed, rattan (wicker?) sofa/living area, private bath with shower, and washer/dryer in the unit. It has a patio that looks over the lagoon. I really hate to let it go.

 

The contract is deeded for the life of the resort, one week per year. It is paid in full, title transfer through ISCO.
