I can not use my time share this year, unfortunately. My family and I love it here and I have owned this unit for almost 10 years. 2 weeks are available. The dates are Sunday January 9th to Sun January 16th on the first floor and Sunday January 16th to Sunday January 23rd on the second floor. Each unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, sleeps 6 with the sofa bed in living room. Full kitchen with utensils, cable TV, DVD player, balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The Royal Palm Resort has a pool and beach on site, pool bar, restaurant on premisses and more, many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Gym/Exercise facility. Close to airport.
