If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify Us within 30 days of receipt. We will make every attempt to provide replacement parts at no charge. Should parts not be available, We will issue a return authorization. The customer assumes responsibility for all freight (this includes the shipping fee that we incurred in sending product to your residence, plus the shipping fee back to our warehouse) plus a $10 restocking fee. Returns will not be permitted after 30 days. |
