Stag Horn Handle Hunting/ Skinning Knife with Gut Hook

This auction is for an excellent high quality hunting knife with a gut hook.
This knife is manufactured by Hen & Rooster, a company located in Solingen, Germany and known for their german-made old fashioned quality. They have been making knives since 1864 out of quality components like 440 Stainless steel blades and solid brass liners; many of these knives needing up to 125 single operations to complete assembly.

This knife that we have to offer has many features in it's simple looking design. This knife comes from Toledo, Spain, well known for quality knives and swords, the blade has a full tang. The genuine stag handle is flush to the tang except at the very top where the tang is uncovered and a lanyard hole is drilled through the tang. The spine of the blade near the handle is textured for additional grip as is the guard. An alternative grip is also provided by a hole in the blade itself. The blade and the guthook come well sharpened, and all metal is polished to a mirror finish.

This comes with a heavy duty leather sheath of very nice quality. Belt loop is riveted to the sheath for additional strength. There is a snap to hold the knife safely in place.

This knife measures 10 3/8" overall, blade length measures 5 3/4". This item is new with no problems.
