A great and rare form for the Stangl collector. It is a three handle art pottery vase, with original paper label. The piece has to date to very shortly after the company switched from the Fulper name to the Stangl name as the form is still very Arts and Crafts influenced and the piece is not marked Stangl in the mold, only with the paper label. (The bottom is unmarked.) I have never seen this three handle form before, and it certainly brings to mind the likes of Teco as far as styling and influence. There are two chips on the back side of the pot, one on one of the handles, and the second on the back side lip of the vase. I am sure both could be professionally restored and I do feel this piece is worth it due to its remarkably good style and early date. If placed on a shelf for display, none of the chips are visible from the front. Any questions, please email. There is no reserve on this piece, so don't miss your chance to own one of Stangl's most early and rare forms. The vase measures 7" high and 6 1/2" wide including the handles. Good luck and happy bidding!!
