3. All items outside the U.S. will have a custom form and custom number on the form. I am not responsible for any loss or damage due to postal problems. I maintain the orginial printout from the post office when paying for this item and will be happy to provide you with a scanned copy if you wish.
4. Outside the U.S. if you wish insurance on the item, we can ship it a different method to include insurance, however please be advised that it will cost you more in shipping cost. Insurance is offered only on Globial Priority Flat Rate Box, Priority Mail International. It is not avalible of Flat Rate Envelopes or first class airmail. Please feel free to check with me on those costs.
