• Used CD based games have been tested to boot up and are only guaranteed against "DOA-dead on arrival".

Video Game Condition Classification Guide:

In August 2008, ebay announced that video game & other media condition is required to be classified in 1 of 5 categories. Below are the short descriptions. More detailed descriptions are listed here.

• Brand New = Unopened, Factory Sealed.
• Like New = Looks as though it was just removed from shrink wrap. No wear and tear. Product is flawless.
• Very Good = No damage to jewel case or item cover. No scuff marks, scratches, cracks or holes. Video game artwork, instructions and box included. Disk holder teeth undamaged. Minimal wear and tear to exterior of item.
• Good = Minor damage to jewel case or item cover (scuffs, scratches or cracks). Video game instructions included, no skipping on discs.

• Acceptable = Video game instructions and box are not included.

Even though we are required to follow the above listing guidelines, feel free to be the judge the condition yourself by viewing the included photo(s).
