Starcaster by Fender 12 x 9 Rack Tom Drum

This is a Starcaster by Fender 12 x 9” rack tom drum. It has a black wrap. This is a five ply hardwood drum, nice quality from a beginner set. We had a large order of Starcaster sets, these drums are the leftovers. These sets were sold at Sam’s Club and Costco and are surprisingly decent quality for a beginner set. The heads may have some stick marks and there are minor dings and scuffs in the wrap. Please check our other auctions for more percussion, guitar and luthier gear. This is a stock photo as all the drums are the same.

We only accept PayPal for our items.

Shipping USA:

We ship all items within the contiguous USA via FedEx (items over 2 lb) and USPS (items under 2 lb). We do not use any other carriers.

You will receive an email from one (or more) of the following after your order ships: eBay, FedEx, PayPal, USPS, and us. The email will contain your tracking number.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: please wait for your invoice as your shipping cost is higher.

Military: We are proud to ship to you and will keep the cost as low as we possibly can. We will need your full APO box number and information for shipping. Please wait for a total on your invoice.

FedEx Signature Requirement: We require a signature for all items. If you are not available please email us when making payment so that we can waive the signature. If you email after we ship we cannot have the signature waived. We will ship without the signature, however, we are not responsible for the item after it has been delivered.

We gladly combine shipping but must ask that you wait for a combined invoice before paying.

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (excluding holidays)

We will arrange local pickup on large items (drums, guitars) but cannot do local pickup on small orders or small items (otherwise we'd never have time to list new stuff!). We are not a store front and do not allow buyers to come to our home. We meet at a location convenient to our home and to two major highways. We do local pickups on Mondays and Wednesdays after 3:00. No exceptions.

Every item is insured. Period. We will not ship without insurance.

Our shipping cost covers the packaging material, boxes, tape, labels, ink and insurance. Sorry, but we are not a big box company that can offer free shipping. If you think you are getting free shipping from another seller compare the cost of the item to our item cost. They've added the price of shipping and material into the cost of the item.

Shipping International:

We do not ship to Quebec, Middle Eastern Nations, Africa, Russia, Thailand. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. You are not qualified to bid on our items. Your bids will be canceled, payments refunded and your actions reported to eBay. We will not ship to a US address for you.

Wait for an invoice with your shipping cost before making payment. The shipping cost shown is for the USA.

We ship internationally using USPS Priority or Express only. All items are insured. We will not ship using other, cheaper, methods as we need proof of delivery for PayPal and eBay.

We will not lie on a customs form. This is a felony. All items are marked at the value they were sold to you. We report any "gift" requests to eBay as it is a violation of eBay policy.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with an item.

Items marked as "as is" or "no return" are not eligible for returns.

We will accept a return on all items (not marked "as is" or "no return") within 7 days of delivery. We can confirm when an item is delivered through the USPS and FedEx. If you are unhappy with an item it must be returned in the original packaging as it was shipped to you. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item and wish to do a return. Any item returned in different packaging or improperly packaged is subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from the refund. We take care on how we package and hope you will do the same if you need to return an item.

Return shipping is paid for by the buyer. We send call tags through FedEx and deduct that cost from the refund.

Any item damaged during shipping is completely covered. The item must be returned to us in the original packaging (needed by FedEx for claims).

First and foremost, we are a married couple with seven very busy kids and a business we run from our home. We are not a huge company working from a warehouse or storefront. We are two humans who do make occasional mistakes but promise to do our very best to make sure you are a satisfied (and hopefully a repeat) customer.

We value our family time and days off, although they aren't really days off when you have guitars and drums stashed just about everywhere you look!

We shut the computer down on Friday afternoon, right after FedEx leaves, and then turn it back on Sunday morning. While we do answer an occasional emergency email please do not expect a reply to your Friday evening question until Sunday morning. We hope you will respect our days off as you would expect your employer to respect yours.
