February 1980 issue of Starlog magazine (No. 31) is complete and in very good condition. There are some creases on the cover (see photo). No mailing label or inside marks, but a quarter of page 51/52 -- where the back issues order form was -- is missing. It does not cut into any articles or photos, though, just list of winners from a pinball art conest. Comes from smokefree home.

Cover story is 9-page preview of the Disney movie "The Black Hole" that includes 5-page profile of star Joseph Bottoms. Also inside: 3-page report on the rumors about "The Empire Strikes Back"; 4-page article by Walter Koenig on the filming of the first "Star Trek" movie; 3-page preview of the fantasy epice novel "Elfspire"; 3-page interview with film composer Miklos Rozsa; and 5-page look at the classic film "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea."
