When you see the icon next to a listing, or see a price listed on an item page, the seller gives you the opportunity to purchase the item right away without waiting for an on-line auction to end.

To order product, you can click on the button from any product page. The shopping cart is automatically filled with the model number and purchase price of the product you want to purchase. If you want to buy more than one of any item, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the button. When you have finished shopping you can purchase items by clicking on the "Checkout" button. You are responsible for all items you do on the items. You can now pay with PayPal or you can still pay over the phone by calling Andrew at 800-249-5591 Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 8-2 eastern standard time. If the order is called in by 2:00 we will ship the same day during the normal business week.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii Canada, PR, APO, FPO or International addresses

This items ships on a 48ft+ Freight Truck ground to a commercial business address with a fork lift or shipped to the closest freight terminal (Our carriers only) for the shipping price shown. Businesses run from a residence are not considered a commercial location and will be subject to the extra residential delivery charge.

Residential delivery is available for a extra $75.00 above the shipping price shown and will include FREE Lift-gate service to get the pallet or crate to the ground.

The freight companies are subject to a number of regulations, one being that they are not to give any assistance in unloading from the truck unless shipping to a residence, commercial business address locations the driver is only responsible to get the product to the tail of the truck for the business that it is delivering to unload with a forklift or dock delivery.

If you can not take delivery to a commercial business address or a residence, we will ship to the closest freight terminal of the company that we use for the original shipping price. The freight company will load in your truck of trailer (NO CARS). Please make sure you bring plenty of tie down straps to secure the shipment in your vehicle you are loading into for a safe travel to your final destination location.

We no long offer combined shipping prices on separate auctions even if multiple items are purchased and shipped in the same box as many of our items are.

Tracking number will be sent if requested in the Paypal or Ebay checkout notes.

We do accept local pickups on most of our items from our Sanford Florida showroom.

We do not require a signature confirmation at the confirmed Paypal address, so if the place you want shipped to is a bad location then please change your confirmed address in your Paypal account that is safe to drop off packages. The Utter Guys and UPS are not held liable for packages left that are stolen from the address shown in the checkout notes.

Return Policy:

The Utter Guys will gladly accept your return within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you are returning your item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply and must be in new unused condition, (Gas and Precision instruments) are not returnable

Defective items returned for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.

No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only change the item at that point.

Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items. (invoice, standard accessories included, etc).

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to The Utter Guys even if the item originally shipped for Free to you.

The Utter Guys will pay to ship the replacement item to you.

All items require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without a RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender.

The Utter Guys posts physical (in-hand) and drop ship-able items. In many instances if a item is over sold or has a problem that will not allow us to ship the item to the winning bidder for any reason we will notify the bidder within 24 hours of the purchase to for a FULL REFUND or provide you with the option to wait until the item is back in stock. If you have any questions or problems involving availability please contact us right away. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply as we receive hundreds of emails each day. We make it a point to contact you as soon as we are made aware of any situation with your item(s) Thank you.
Reconditioned tools come with a mauufacturers warranty only and do not go back to the place of purchase even if defective out of the box, each manufacturer has a Factory owned and authorized warranty center setup all across the US. If you need to find out where the closest warranty center is to you prior or after your purchase, please email me your city, state and zipcode and I will let you know the closest warranty center(s) to you.
All winning bidders will be obligated to complete any and all transactions under eBay's policies and guidelines associated with any auction. We can not prevent you from purchasing multiple items so we ask that you pay close attention to how many products you are bidding on or buying, as you will be responsible for the payment of all items won on eBay.
All of our prices are disclosed plainly and clearly in all of out auctions as they also run for 30 days as this gives you plenty of time to compare prices, so there will be no refunding the difference if you find the item at a lower price after you purchase the product.
