Money Order/Cashiers Check: We gladly accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.  You must contact us prior to ordering.  All orders paid by either Money Order or Cashiers check have an extended processing of up to 10 business days or until funds clear.  All money orders and cashier checks must have an item number written on them as well as your User ID and ship-to address.  If this information is not present your order will be delayed.   WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH PAYMENTS. All winning bids on auctions must be paid within 7 days of auction close.  All non-paying bidders will receive a one time reminder after the 7 days.  If payment is not received within 48 hours of this final notification then an un-paid item strike will be issued to the winning bidder along with a negative feedback.  eBay will ban any user with multiple item strikes.

SHIPPING POLICY:                                            Most orders are processed the same day but may take up to 1 extra business day to be processed to ensure your item meets quality assurance. We use Freight Truck Ground service to a business address with a forklift or loading dock (no residential deliveries or businesses that run from a residence) the freight companies do not recognize this as a physical business address and only deliver business to business or dock to dock. The freight companies are also subject to a number of regulations one being that they are not to give any assistance in unloading from the truck, they are only responsible to get the products to the back of the truck. Lift-gate service may be available if the freight company we use offer it but there will be a extra charge of $75.00. Contact us prior to purchase to see if the company that we are using to ship the product to you offers this service. If you can not take delivery this way we will ship to the closest freight terminal to you of our choice and the freight company will load into your truck or trailer for you. If choosing this method make sure you bring plenty of straps Tie down and secure to the transportation that you are bringing to ensure a safe travel to your business or place of residence.  We only ship within the 48 Cont states to CONFIRMED addresses only.  We do not offer combined shipping on orders unless otherwise specified in the auction. Tracking numbers will be sent if requested. We are not responsible if your email account rejects any email from us as some email is sent in bulk and may be treated as spam.  We do accept local pick-ups.  We are not responsible for transit time once your item leaves our facility.  Buyer agrees to pay for any/all return shipping fees. We can not ship to APO/FPO addresses for security unless your item is paid by Money Order. All items shipped will require a signature confirmation at the confirmed destination address.  If your package is returned, refused, or sent back to us for any reason you will be refunded your payment minus the re-stocking / return fee of ALL S&H fees associated with the auction.  There are no exceptions.  You must be responsible for the receipt of your purchase once it is shipped out to you. Payment info needed for shipping   Please make sure you include the following when making a Confirmed PayPal address payment: Business name, address and phone number that we are shipping to. If any of this info is not included we will email you until this is received as we will not ship until it is received, so if you do not want a delay in shipping please include all the above mentioned. If shipping to the closest freight terminal of our choice, please make sure you include your phone number so you can be contacted when the product arrives, again we will not ship until this is received   ITEM AVAILABILITY:   The Utter Guys posts physical (in-hand) stock at ALL times. In many instances if an item is over sold or has a problem that will not allow us to ship the item to the winning bidder for any reason we will notify the winning bidder within 3 days of the purchase to offer you a FULL REFUND or provide you with the option to wait until the as advertised item is in stock. WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY:   Our #1 priority is the 100% satisfaction of our customer.  We offer a number of solutions to any problems that may arise in order to keep every transaction to your liking.  If you are unsatisfied with any part of your purchase please feel free to contact us for an immediate solution and we guarantee you 100% satisfaction. All NEW products may be returned for manufacturers defects (does not include liquid damage, physical abuse, or damage caused after customer use) within 7 days of delivery to you in a complete package with ALL items received by you or as stated in the auction contents area above. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return for exchange or credit.  All products that are received with missing parts or accessories will be mailed immediately upon our receipt of an email with your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and phone number along with a description of the missing item(s). Any package that is authorized for return by The Utter Guys must have the issued RMA # clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and process it. Any package that is delivered to us with out the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the packaging will unfortunately not be accepted in order to limit the amount of lost and misplaced goods. This policy is for the protection of our customers. Any problems with hardware beyond our 7 business day return policy must be taken up with the manufacturer and/or carrier/network operator.
